What to Expect
All workshops are fun, easy and appropriate for all skill levels. We will spend a few minutes talking and the majority of the time working on simple body exercises such as posture and arm swing. We will walk and run, but will be focused on form rather than speed and the total distance will be less than 1 mile total during the 3 hour workshop. If you are currently training for an event this is a great thing to do on your rest day or after a run.
The venue is a shady park with benches. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Metered street parking is available north of Dearborn Station and there is a paid parking lot just south of Dearborn Station (enter on Plymouth Court at Polk Street.) The CTA Red Line is steps away.
The workshop will be canceled in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms and you will receive a full refund. I will send an email 2 hours before the scheduled start.
